EWOT (pronounced ee-wat) stands
for Exercise With Oxygen Therapy. EWOT was invented by
Manfred von Adrenne, physicist and inventor.
The increased level of
oxygen in the tissues has many benefits. Exercising while
breathing oxygen increases the amount of oxygen in the blood plamsa.
Without the aid of red blood cells, the oxygen in the blood plasma
can be pushed into the body's cells by the law of mass action, which
states that chemical combining will occur with other elements that
wouldn't usually take place if the concentration of a certain
component in a chemical mixture is high enough.

have been proven to benefit from EWOT:

EWOT is a very simple technique to employ.
Prior to the commencement of EWOT at the Stark Clinic, the patient
schedules a
starkFIT® consultation. During this consultation, your
doctor will determine your level of fitness, develop a specifically
tailored diet for you, and recommend any and all beneficial
supplements and Planet Stark® products. A brief
physical of your vitals, weight, and a review of medical records
will also take place during this consultation. If your fitness
level is quite high, your doctor might recommend more strenuous
exercise compared to a patient that has a low fitness level, who
would start off with light weights with the special respirator.
The patient should wear loose, comfortable clothing. |
